Sheds
While sheds can be very useful, they must be tastefully designed, and maintained. They must comply with the City of Springboro zoning codes and must respect the "visual rights" and aesthetic interest of the neighbors.
Guidelines
Sheds should have an architectural design compatible with the design of the house.
No metal sheds of any kind will be approved
Size will be limited to 99 square feet and under
Shed construction and appearance must be maintained at all times.
