What is the ACC?

The Architectural Control Committee's (ACC) purpose is to ensure uniformity throughout Brookside. Before a home owner makes improvements to their property they will need to submit an application for approval from the ACC, to ensure it meets with HOA guidelines.

What kind of improvements need approval?

Any improvements that changes the outward appearance of the property, need to be approved. See below for sample list.
